Online communities have the power to make a big impact on the organizations that use them and the members within them, but quantifying the value of community continues to be a pain point for community professionals.
In fact, the latest CMX Community Industry Report found that 45% of survey respondents stated quantifying the value of community as their top frustration. While measuring the tangible value of community may be a challenge (for now), this is not to say that people aren't already recognizing the value community has.
